After not having
worked together in over 14 years, it has been nice to have bassist/musician Tom Reilly back to perform with me. Many
of you will remember Tom as the bass player for Captain Black. He was not the original bass player, but when he came into
the band he made a perfect fit and elevated our music and performance to a much higher level. But to call him just a bass
player is a gross injustice. He is an incredible musician, songwriter and vocalist. Harmonizing with him is as easy as riding
a bike. When the vocals are on (and they most always are) it gives such a smooth sound...you'd have to be a singer to understand.
And I feel blessed to have him join me this summer.
Welcome back, Tom!
You can see me and Tom at the Avalon Golf Club every Thursday...all summer long.
As you may know, or may have realized. I haven't been performing at Rode's Fireside Tavern. This was a mutual agreement made by myself and establishment owner Joyce Rode. Not to worry
though. The decision was made due to the simple fact that most patrons head to the shore in the summer months. So I will return
to Rode's Fireside Tavern early this fall, and am looking forward to it!
